Step 1: Consultation
In person or online, we’ll listen to your requirements, work to your budget and available space, and discuss interior design options to discover the right QUBE for you.
Step 2: Design
We’ll take your vision and turn it into a QUBE you’ll love, delivering a realistic 3D render to give you a complete understanding of your new dwelling. This is where we discuss, tweak and develop your final plan, having signoff for the next stage.
Step 3: Consents
If you have selected one of our larger QUBEs or the option of plumbing, you will need to get building consent from your local Council. We provide you with the detailed plans you need and can provide further assistance to get approval if you need it.

Step 6: Completion
From consultation to completion – you could be moving into your new QUBE within 12-16 weeks.
Step 5: Build
At our OSM yard, your QUBE is fully manufactured offsite using high-quality steel trusses and frames. Every component is carefully crafted in a controlled environment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency. From structural framing to key internal elements, the entire build is completed offsite before being transported to your site for streamlined installation and minimal disruption.

The plans are signed off, and the consents are approved; we can start manufacturing your new QUBE onsite at our workshop in Puketapu, Hawke’s Bay. We control every detail of the design, manufacturing in the best NZ Steel, overseeing quality at every step.
